MAPPA has dropped a new trailer for the second season of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, confirming that the anime will finally make its return in 2026.

The teaser plunges viewers back onto Shinsenkyo’s deadly shores, where Gabimaru and Yuzuriha resume their convicts’ quest for the Elixir of Life amid fresh rivalries and fragile alliances.
As one-third of the fan-dubbed “dark trio of shōnen” alongside Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man – all of which are animated by MAPPA – Season 2 is poised to deliver the series’ trademark blend of visceral action, psychological tension, and arresting visuals, building on Yūji Kaku’s darkly inventive world with even more refined animation.
A January 2026 premiere across Japan’s major TV networks is confirmed – though an exact date has yet to be announced – while simultaneous streaming will roll out on Prime Video, Netflix and Lemino domestically, with Crunchyroll handling international distribution.
