Sinners, the R-rated box office hit, is returning to IMAX theaters just in time for Halloween.

Directed by Ryan Coogler and starring Michael B. Jordan, Sinners is set for a one-week re-release in select theaters and locations starting on October 30. This marks the film’s second IMAX re-release.
Upon its release in April, Sinners debuted with an impressive $48 million USD at the domestic box office, making it the biggest opening for an original film. The movie has since accumulated $278 million USD in North America and $366 million USD globally against a budget of $90 million USD. These exceptional results underscore the box office drawing power of the Coogler-Jordan duo, demonstrating that audiences are willing to support original movie ideas.
In the movie, Jordan plays identical twins Smoke and Stack. The story unfolds in the 1930s as the brothers return to their Mississippi hometown to open a juke joint, without knowing something evil is coming ahead.
