What to Expect From Pokemon TCG in 2025

There are quite a lot of new sets and products coming in 2025 for Pokemon TCG's tabletop version, though this year is likely to be equally stacked for the recently released Pokemon TCG Pocketas well. Not everything has been officially revealed so far for Pokemon TCG sets and products scheduled for this year, but some big releases are already confirmed for early 2025.

Pokemon TCG's Surging Spark set closed 2024 with a bang thanks to the highly sought-after Special Illustration Rare Tera Pikachu Ex. This rare card skyrocketed in price after launch, reaching around $500 in value, but 2025 is starting on the same high note with its first major set - Prismatic Evolutions.

• Prismatic Evolutions set features Eevee and Eeveelutions, expected to be valuable due to great art - releases begin January 17, 2025.

• Small Pokemon TCG releases in 2025 include Scarlet and Violet 151, World Championships 2024 Decks - Feb 7 and March 7.

• Journey Together set launches on March 28, bringing back Trainer's Pokemon cards with big-name trainers like N, Hop, and Iono.
