PlayStation Plus Reveals Free Monthly Games for July

PlayStation Plus is celebrating its 15th Anniversary on June 29, 2010; ahead of that, they have revealed the free monthly games for July.

PlayStation Plus provides free monthly games in phases, according to their subscription service tiers. The first lot comes at the start of the month through PlayStation Plus Essential. The rest come in the middle of the month, through PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Premium/Deluxe. PlayStation Plus has just revealed Essential members’ free monthly games for July 2025, and they will be available to add to your library between July 1 and August 4.

Free PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for July Revealed

Diablo 4

The first free title for PlayStation Plus Essential in July is Diablo IV for PS5 and PS4. It is a hack-and-slash action RPG by Blizzard Entertainment that features endless enemies to kill, a plethora of abilities to master, some very difficult dungeons to conquer, and some legendary loot. The game also features solo and multiplayer campaigns, where two players can play through local co-op and four players can play together online.

The King of Fighters XV

Next up is The King of Fighters XV, again for PS5 and PS4. It is a popular 2D fighting game that debuted in 1994. The game features the traditional 3-on-3 team battle setup and 39 characters, including classic fighters, revived combatants, and new warriors. It also boasts a new combat system and rollback netcode to reduce lag in online matches.

Jusant

Last up is Jusant, which is only available for PS5. It is an action-puzzle climbing game in which players embark on a meditative journey to the top of a tall tower. The game features a lot of exploration, as players can take several different paths. There are also many secrets to uncover from a bygone civilisation. Players will also use and master different types of climbing tools as they balance their stamina and resources.

PlayStation Plus Reveals New Activities for 15th Anniversary Celebrations

PlayStation Plus will run several activities to celebrate its 15th anniversary, including free games, game trials, exclusive offers, in-game content, tournaments, discounts, and a multiplayer weekend.

Starting with the game trials, PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe players can try out WWE 2K25 today and check out Monster Hunter Wilds on June 30.

Regarding discounts, between June 27 and June 29, some exclusive savings will be offered on titles like Sniper Elite: Resistance, Sid Meier’s Civilisation VII, and Star Wars Outlaws.

Next up is in-game content, and all PS Plus members can redeem a Valorant at pack at no extra cost today. It includes 2x Prelude to Chaos Gun Buddy, 1x Kohaku & Matsuba Player Card, 1x Imperium Spray, 1x Chronovoid Spray, 10x Radianite Points.

Then we have PlayStation Tournaments, which begin on June 28. This year, players can participate in the special PlayStation Plus 15th Anniversary Cup tournament, featuring games like EA Sports FC, NBA 2K, UFC, Madden NFL, College Football, Tekken 8, and more.

Lastly, an online multiplayer weekend will be hosted this weekend (June 28 at 12:01 am to June 29 at 11:59 pm local time). During this time, all players can play online multiplayer matches without being subscribed to PlayStation Plus.
