Star Wars Outlaws Update 1.6 Introduces Gameplay Enhancements and Free Skeleton Crew Cosmetics

Ubisoft has rolled out Title Update 1.6 for Star Wars Outlaws, bringing significant gameplay improvements and a complimentary cosmetic pack inspired by the Star Wars: Skeleton Crew series.

Gameplay Enhancements

The latest update addresses long-standing player feedback, particularly concerning speeder combat. Previously, engaging enemies while riding a speeder was limited and cumbersome. With Update 1.6, players can now freely aim and fire Kay’s blaster while on the move, offering a more intuitive and dynamic combat experience.

Additionally, the update allows Kay to holster and switch between her blaster and two-handed weapons seamlessly, enhancing combat versatility. The Trailblazer ship has also received upgrades, enabling players to equip new passive systems that provide various gameplay effects during space missions.

New space contracts have been introduced, offering diverse challenges and rewards for players seeking additional content.

Free Skeleton Crew Cosmetic Pack

In celebration of the update, Ubisoft is offering all players a free cosmetic pack themed after the Star Wars: Skeleton Crew series. The pack includes:

• Myykian Coif: An accessory for Kay’s companion, Nix.

• Slap Ball Trophy: A decorative item for Kay’s speeder.

• Handlebar Tassels: A trinket that can be equipped on both the speeder and the Trailblazer ship.

Players can claim these items by accessing the delivery crate aboard the Trailblazer after completing the mission “False Flag.”

Title Update 1.6 is available now across all platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The update varies in size depending on the platform, ranging from 6.17GB to 10.21GB.
